m. charles egan

Mr. Egan served with Trungale, Egan & Associates for four years before heading up the effinity partnership. Charles currently directs work for the effinity group. In addition to his digital marketing experience, Charles also has a strong background in traditional design.
mike tomasino

Mr. Tomasino has served with effinity since its inception. Michael is in charge of web production and manages design and production schedules ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget. Michael ensures that client’s messages are optimized and adapted to get the most from the presentation media.
julie roye

Ms. Roye joined effinity in July 2008 as an account manager. She manages client deliverables and effinity’s project timelines. Before joining effinity, she worked as an analyst at a London based Private Equity firm. During university, she led Florida State’s on-campus agency, Renegade Marketing. She graduated from FSU with a BSc in Finance and Marketing.
thad thomas

Mr. Thomas has been working with effinity since September 2007. Since graduating from Loyola University of Chicago as an International Film and Media Studies major in December 2007, Thad specializes in web design and ensures project optimization. Previously Thad has done freelance work as a web designer and photographer.
matt henkle

Mr. Henkle joined effinity in August 2008 as a new business coordinator and project manager. He works to maintain client relations for the effinity team and strategic initiatives. Previously, he worked in broker-dealer compliance before graduating from the DePaul University in 2008.  Matt graduated as an Art History and Design major.
