Trungale, Egan & Associates and effinity were contacted by Five9 to help define their brand and focus their marketing efforts. Their main goal was to build name recognition with their Fortune 500 clients. Five9’s materials posed a challenge in that they needed to speak to highly technical infrastructure engineers and top level executives simultaneously, without alienating either group. The team conducted strategy sessions to streamline Five9’s message and refine key value points that would establish them and clearly communicate their core differentiation points. Once established, the team worked with Five9 to create a web site and message architecture that spoke to both of the target audiences equally. Then a design standards guide was created enabling all subsequent marketing outreach to build brand recognition and drive home the distilled message. Bourassa Vineyards reached out to the effinity team to develop a completely custom-tailored approach to their digital marketing that spoke directly to their target audience. The team conducted a brand workshop to solidify the thinking behind Bourassa’s brand promise. Then effinity worked closely with them to build a customized site architecture and rich, relaxed look to the web site that was unique to Bourassa, and reinforced the brand. Graze came to effinity with a concept for a new restaurant just off the “magnificent mile” in the heart of one of Chicago’s premiere locations. They tapped effinity to come up with a series of communication tools that would help establish their modern high-end eatery. effinity worked with TE&A to produce a graphic system and identity that created a unified message in all of their customer interaction. Hotchkiss Associates came to Trungale Egan & Associates / effinity looking to create an integrated marketing strategy. After the team researched Hotchkiss Associates current communications infrastructure it was determined that the first step needed to be a web site that reflected the key differentiation points between them and their perceived competition. Building on this the team is developing a system of sales and support collateral, as well as a targeted outreach plan. Krause construction had already seen success in commercial construction, but wanted to move into the residential arena. They contacted effinity to set up a comprehensive outreach campaign for their new Stonegate community. Upon reviewing the assignment with TE&A, the group came up with a strategy for the community as well as an integrated approach for the marketing efforts of the entire company aiding Krause in their sale efforts across the board. NASCAR came to effinity with a tight deadline on a project that had to be implemented within days of the request. They needed a site to release industry communications that could be easily edited and maintained by their internal staff while still showcasing their well established brand online. Results One Financial contacted effinity for help with a new product launch that had gotten off to a shaky start. They had limited time to get their product to market before losing out on sales opportunities. effinity worked with TE&A and Results One to develop and execute a comprehensive go to market strategy for the products that involved creating a new brand platform that separated them from the core business of Results One. The team then executed a integrated phased roll out strategy for the new products that included a new brand Identity, web site, sales collateral, and an integrated outreach campaign. Man Financial was going through a re-branding process and changing its name to MF Global as part of the companies plan to take itself public. The challenge to the effinity and TE&A team was to create an integrated print, TV, and Digital campaign to introduce the new brand to the public while maintaing the brand promise that had been built by Man Financial in its core trading audience. To deliver on the message we went to the heart of their "Strength in Numbers" and presented the new face of MF Global as a dynamic global trading company. |
